Grupo Arania has signed a capital increase of 15 million euros with Finkatuz, the strategic fund managed by Instituto Vasco de Finanzas (IVF).

Unai Bizkarrondo will be the new Supply Chain Director and Jokin Gago the Purchasing Director. Xabier Ortiz de Murua will lead the new Strategic Projects Department, and Javier Mugica will take up new duties as Supply Development Director.

After 18 years leading Grupo Arania, Carmelo Bilbao is leaving his position as Executive Vice-President, but will remain closely linked to the Group as a Board Member. Alberto Lejarreta will become the new Executive Vice-President and Marc Bosch the new CEO of the Group from 1 January 2025.
